Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

In the center of Monti district via Urbana, 5 min walk from the Coliseum. 1st floor, very quiet. Two-room apartment, a mix of modern and elegant design, Italian crafts and history (the original walls of the 17th century building). Air conditioning, wifi, smart TV with Netflix, hideaway kitchen, espresso machine and shower with hydromassage. Check in time is from 3 PM to 9PM. Every guest must provide a valid identity document as established by the law.

Architects’ Retreat in Monti

Monti is one of the most beautiful areas in Roma bella, and it’s our home. I am an Architect and Ph.D., I have been hosting guests from all over the world, alongside running my studio Linee Minime since 2015. The guest house is composed by a living area with a large sofa and a kitchen, a double bedroom and two private bathrooms. My husband Feifan and I live upstairs in the same building, in another flat with our three cats, feel free to pop-in anytime!
