Built in the 1800’s, flat packed and then shipped over from England, this Cute little half house with verandah out the front and eclectic features is your little home away from home :) it is welcoming and close to EVERYTHING! MCG, Rod Laver arena, Olympic Park stadium, AAMI park. 15 min walk to the CBD and great public transport to everywhere else! As an artist I have adorned the house with as much fun as I can! The tram routes 48 and 75 stop on Bridge road and access to City, South Yarra, and surrounds is easily accessible. There is laundromats within walking distance if you need. NO Washing machine in apartment.! Coles is open until 11pm downstairs along with a few other shops.
