The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs.
