The River Ranch

Located along the Yakima River in a peaceful farm setting, the River Ranch is a quiet place to rest and restore. From the front porch or gazebo, you can take in the beautiful eastern Washington sunsets while watching the horses and cattle graze in the pastures. Walk out to the yard fence and you will be greeted by horses looking for attention. The River Ranch has been recently remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large office desk, a bunk room, a mudroom and original wood flooring throughout.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

A breathtaking view awaits you at Willow. The home is located on a hilltop overlooking the Tri-Cities in Eastern Washington. Willow has 5 master suites, each with its own bathroom. Going on a wine tour? Kitzke Cellars is next door. Goose Ridge is 1 mile away. Grocery and shopping is 2 miles away. Excellent location with easy freeway access. 12 miles from the airport. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Two night minimum stay. Self check-in with a keypad. No cleaning fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.
