The guesthouse is separate from the main home and located at the rear of the property. Enjoy a relaxed country atmosphere with horses and sheep grazing nearby, natural farm sounds and open surroundings. While private, this is a working rural setting rather than a fully secluded retreat. A comfortable and welcoming base , a perfect home away from home!

(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. 2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.
