Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Die gemütliche Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Sofa und Schreibtisch liegt mitten im Messegebiet in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke. Unseren Gästen stehen zusätzlich ein Apple Computer, ein grosses TV-Gerät mit Netflix, eine Playstation 4 und superschnelles WiFi zur Verfügung.
