Casa con vista e giardini, tra lago e montagna. Ideale per due persone (possibile fino a 3 persone, o 4 con 2 bambini). Casa con stufa e camino in salotto, cucina a gas. Accessibile coi mezzi pubblici (bus 10 e stazione a 20 minuti a piedi) o parcheggi comunali. Maison avec vue et jardin, entre lac et montagne. Idéale pour deux ou trois. Maison avec poêle et cheminée au salon, cuisine au gaz. Accessible en transports publics (bus a 10 et gare à 20 min à pied) ou places de parc communales.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Das Haus wird an maximal 4 Erwachsene und bis zu 3 Kinder vermietet. Poolsaison von Mai - September.
