The guest cottage is separate, self contained and has private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped; including an oven, fridge and microwave. Wifi and Netflix is available. It is situated in the trendy suburb of Parkhurst and is within walking distance of the lively 4th Avenue with numerous restaurants and cafes. It is 3km from the Rosebank Gautrain Station which links to Sandton.

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. We have solar panels with a backup battery, so load shedding will not affect your stay.

Our comfortable 1-bedroom apartment is set in leafy quiet Emmarentia, just up the road from the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens, with easy access to both the CBD and Johannesburg's northern suburbs. Even though fully equipped for self-catering, you also have easy access to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in Greenside, and only a little further away the vibey 'villages' of Parkhurst and Melville.
