We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

Beach access is just five minutes’ walk to Surfside beach and five minutes’ drive to Batemans Bay township (shops, cafes and restaurants, market, oyster shed, clubs and music venues (complimentary shuttle buses are provided by a few of the venues).

Our generous garden flat is positioned within walking distance of Queanbeyan town centre, and a 20 minute drive to Canberra CBD. Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. You should find all that you require, but we are in the front house should you need anything. We delight in offering this fantastic space and look forward to seeing you.
