Cosy, peaceful, self contained, new studio is located at the back of a tranquil garden of a private residence. Fully equipped kitchen and furnished courtyard with BBQ. You get a private entrance from your own undercover car spot and fenced yard. 'The Den' is a peaceful , secure little gem. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Woden Town Centre. Cannot accommodate children under 2.

Inner City Sanctuary - Free undercover parking

Quiet location close to Manuka and Kingston. Surrounded by imposing trees and greenery this spacious home is only a short walk or drive to restaurants and shops. It is also close to key tourist attractions surrounding Lake Burley Griffin. With two living areas inside and very private gardens and decks outside it is a lovely house to relax in.
