Unwind at a Luxury Cottage in Jacksonville's Historic Core

Enjoy your stay at "The Laundry" a lovely historic home. Remodeled and professionally decorated in French Country Chic style with luxury Italian Frette sheets, Turkish towels, robes, slippers, enchanting landscaping with two private fountains and outdoor eating! Ample onsite parking with complete privacy! Two flat screen SMART WIFI TV's with Cable and WIFI/Internet provided, desk/work area along with fun games. A washer/dryer with soap supplies is provided for your convenience. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Cuisinart coffee pot with Starbucks coffee and tea provided. You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. We offer self check-in but I live only 5 minutes away from the cottage. We're happy to help answer questions :) This property is in the core of historic Jacksonville, very conveniently located close to quaint shops and restaurants. Explore hiking trails, try wine tasting, and take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Forest for a nature fix.

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

The Shady Knoll

Updated home w/ nice features & a notable primary bedroom&bathroom. Both rooms have work spaces & home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Beautiful interior, clean, comfortable with everything you need for respite or basecamp for adventure! Fully stocked kitchen & BBQ await! Washer, dryer in house! The dock & kayaks are for guest use & shared with our cottage next door. Eagles, ducks, beavers & more just outside the door!

The Get Away

Located in the beautiful Cascade Mountains is your "Get Away". The cabin is in the small town of Prospect. Just 40 min. to Crater Lake the cabin is complete with Central Heat/Air. Wood stove in Living Room (1 bun provided). The 900 sq. ft. cabin has 2 Bedrooms with Brand New Queen beds. Kitchen is fully stocked , New full size appliances. The Cabin sits back off the road with large front yard and has Horseshoe Pit & BBQ area with Picnic Table. Great for kids. Circular Driveway easy in & out.

Ripple Rock Ranch Lodge

The Ripple Rock Lodge offers amazing views of The Rogue River Gorge and Lost Creek Lake. The lodge has a large patio with ambient lighting, and both gas and charcoal grills! It is located on a 10 acres parcel of woodlands to explore with access to the Rogue River and numerous hiking trails. For the safety and security of our guests, we do have an outdoor camera monitoring common areas.

The Cabin at Farwood Retreat, Riverfront Cabin

This beautiful picturesque cabin overlooks Jackson Creek surrounded by forest, wildlife, and rivers. Read a book in a hammock overlooking the creek. Enjoy a peaceful soak in the hot tub while listening to the running river, or enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing out at nature and listening to the surrounding wildlife. Frequently visited by deer, geese, a great blue heron, bald eagles and much more.

Creekside Retreat Close to Town

You will be a 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home sits on 8 private acres and has river frontage and a beach on the year round Emigrant Creek. There are beautiful views in all directions of mountains, trees and wildlife. The home is a two story residential barn built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022 (the main living quarters is upstairs).
