This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary snacks, cereals and drinks. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. NE facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Perched high on the cliff above the rocks and beach this coastal property has so much to offer in a quiet suburban locale. Cool breezes in summer and a warm cosy atmosphere in winter give Kiama Waters an all year round appeal. Captivating views of the famous Cathedral Rocks, Jones beach, Minnamurra headland, Bass Island, Bass Point and the surfing hotspot Boneyard are sprawled out like a magnificent canvas.
