Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

The house is set in a large flowered garden, which includes a relaxation area with an outdoor sofa, wicker sofa and barbecue, ideal for pleasant barbecues. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs, accessible via an external staircase, there is a spacious terrace with lounge area, parasol and table, as well as a second attic double bedroom.
