É situato al piano terra, all'interno di un cortile privato fruibile da auto, quindi con parcheggio gratuito di fianco all'alloggio. Il complesso è generalmente tranquillo ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente i luoghi di interesse, anche lasciando l'auto parcheggiata, godendo comunque di quiete. il centro storico dista a pochi minuti a piedi.

Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
