L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo in pieno centro e a pochi passi dal mare, la vista dal terrazzo è più unica che rara. Le spiagge distano 5/10 minuti mentre il centro della città, con tutti i suoi servizi, è proprio tutto intorno. Solo l'ingresso è in comune con un altro appartamento, la casa è composta da una camera da letto climatizzata, soggiorno\cucina climatizzata con divano letto e poltrona letto, un bagno con doccia e una splendida terrazza attrezzata.
