The Studio The space is simple and well-organized — a queen bed, private bathroom, TV with WiFi, and a hair dryer. A microwave and coffee maker handle the morning essentials. Self check-in via keypad keeps arrival straightforward regardless of when your flight lands or your meeting ends. What this studio doesn't have: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, or dedicated workspace. If those are important to your stay, Unit 1 (2BR/2BA main house) and Unit 2 (1BR apartment with full kitchen and in-unit laundry) are also available at this address and may be a better fit. For guests whose priorities are location, privacy, and value — this unit delivers all three. The main house and a side apartment are also on the property — other guests may be present during your stay, though all units are fully separate with no shared interior access. Exterior security cameras are present on the property facing outward. Free parking is available on the premises. * Please note: the property features mature fruit trees in the yard. **The fruit trees are strictly off limits — picking or consuming fruit from the trees is not permitted.** The owner's Maine Coon cat, Listra, also lives on the property.
