Nestled in the Southwest Hills of Portland this lovely apartment provides a sanctuary away from the bustle of the city, yet is minutes from all that downtown Portland has to offer! 900 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment furnished with mix of mid-century modern and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk. Bedrooms connected by large sliding doors making each a private room, or if left open, a sitting room and bedroom. Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. Large deck off the living room with SW exposure over looks private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. Fully equipped kitchen includes 4 burner cook top, Breville smart oven, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and all incidentals to “dine in.” Residential neighborhood half mile from Hillsdale Village…a charming collection of merchants including a bakery, 7 restaurants, Starbucks, grocery, banking and more! 4 miles to the Portland City Center, 2 miles to OHSU hospital/medical campus, 3.5 miles to Portland State, half mile to nearest bus stop. Apt has off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Dionysian Gardens Suite

My fully furnished guest suite is a recent remodel in my basement with a private entrance and access to a large patio and lovely gardens in back. It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, shower, washer & dryer, and powerful Wi-Fi. Maximum stays in Portland: 30 days. IMPORTANT: I usually require guests to have recommendations from at least one other Airbnb host and no negative reviews, so if you have no track record with Airbnb, it's unlikely I would accept your reservation request.
