River's Bend Cottage along the Severn River

This cottage can be enjoyed year round, from sunny summer days on the dock, gorgeous fall colours and cozy winter nights by the fireplace. Only 30 minutes drive to Horseshoe valley ski resort. It is located on the Severn River with an approximately 100 ft long dock that runs along a very deep section in the river. It offers great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Close to the cottage are the town of Washago, Casa Rama, stunning Coopers Falls and CN rail walking trail.

You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.
