This peaceful home is ready for you to kick back and relax before an electric fireplace and open living area. Enjoy the local attractions and beyond. Centrally located, you will be only minutes from the highway, super stores, several restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to both Seattle Ferry terminals taking you Down Town or to West Seattle. There are several golf courses locally, a disc golf and park walking distance, and Bremerton Navy base is a 15 minute drive. Rest up and be our guest =)

The Carriage House is attached to the owner-occupied house by a shared wrap-around porch. As you'll see from the pictures, we are up on a hill overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the majestic Olympic Mountains. We are downtown Port Orchard, so restaurants and a myriad of cute shops are just steps away, as is the the lovely waterfront. You'll have the house to yourself to relax in the serenity you deserve. You can get to and from Port Orchard by ferry from Seattle, so a getaway with no car is doable!

The Landing at Oyster Bay - Waterfront Home

The Landing at Oyster Bay is an aviation themed waterfront home in a prime location for kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, touring Seattle, and exploring the Hood Canal and Mt. Rainier. Come for the location, but stay for all the amenities! From the provided kayak, SUP, yard games, an abundance of board games, and fun aviation décor this house will sure to keep the whole family entertained! The waterfront backyard provides constantly changing serene views as the tides fluctuate through the day!

Enjoy the beautiful views of Puget Sound, Blake Island, Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle from one of two decks off of the main floor. In cooler weather, the front sun deck is the perfect spot for happy hour or just relaxing. Take a short walk down the hill to visit the hamlet of Manchester. There's a public beach, outdoor pub, and other amenities available. The Southworth ferry will take you to West Seattle. Scheduled for Spring 2021, a "fast foot" ferry with service to downtown Seattle.
