An 1850's 2-bedroom cottage sitting at the edge of the historic fishing village of Port Fairy. Tucked away along the old railway track, with countryside views to the rear, old-world charm, two wood heaters, and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen, offering a relaxing & peaceful country getaway. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

This gorgeous, centrally located light filled bungalow consists of one king sized bedroom, open living, kitchen and dining space and a large bathroom with European laundry. A large deck with outdoor dining and Weber BBQ is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun after a day at the beach. Whilst right in the middle of the township of Port Fairy, the bungalow is set well back from the street and is therefore provides a private and quiet escape.

84 Gipps Cottage

84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the Port Fairy village precinct close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

Charlie Charming Unit close to Pea Soup Beach

Welcome to our humble little home by the beach. Charlie is situated 2 blocks from Pea Soup Beach and is an easy 5 minute stroll. An approximate 10-15 minute walk into town with easily marked tracks through the park. Your evenings can be spent relaxing outside on a very large decked area where you can listen to the ocean rolling in. The deck is accessible through the door in the laundry. The BBQ is also there for your use.

Enjoy your happy little beach house + garden whilst discovering Port Fairy, a historic seaside fishing village located at the end of the iconic Great Ocean Road. Sommarhus is perfectly suited to couples, a small family or beach bums wishing to spend their days by the sea, wandering around town enjoying the local cafes + stores or simply lazing about the house or outside in the green + leafy garden.

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.

South Beach Hut - Port Fairy

South Beach Hut is a standalone unit in a quiet and family-friendly beachside court. The unit sits to the side of the main house with its own entrance, car park and courtyard. The beach is at the end of the street, meaning you can hear the waves from the front door! If you have any specific needs, please ask. We aim to welcome guests from all walks of life.
