This is a newly listed, newly renovated and ideally located fully self contained unit. You will be close to everything when you stay at Boardwalk by the Bay. A one minute stroll to the boardwalk gets you on the beach or continue walking to the jetty, restaurants, cafes and shops. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.
