We built with sound proofing in mind. We do live in the rest of the house and you will hear us. A safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

This guest suite is a perfect resting place and mini escape. The bed is very comfortable. The amenities are great with a full kitchen and full bath. It has an outdoor patio with a yard and a gas fire pit. Easily relax in this backyard with a glass of wine sitting by the fire pit.
