The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Recently redecorated and refurbished It is a beautiful place to stay in South east Cornwall easy driving distance of the coastal towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Just seconds from the seafront and Plymouth West Hoe Pier, this ground floor self contained apartment sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is one bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen / dining area which leads onto a lounge. Free off road parking is at the rear of the property. Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
