There are upstairs 2 (small) bedrooms for 4 p. with bathroom and downstairs a shower/toilet, the living with a grand PIANO and the well equipped kitchen. f you want the WHOLE villa, then look at the other announcement for up to 8 p., because there are two more double rooms in the basement.
