The studio is located on the second floor inside the main house and shares a common entry. Welcome to our log cabin! We are a family with 6 kids who really love this cabin and want to share it. Please enjoy yourselves and know that we are not a big corporation but a family. The deer come out in every season, don't be surprised if you see them in the driveway. We have a feeder on the side fence for them. The cabin has comfy beds, extra blankets and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen including cast iron to cook, chilly A/C, a wood stove for winter, & new reclining La-Z-Boy couches.

The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
