This quiet rancher sits right off of HWY 52 in Pinnacle, NC. The property is connected to Pilot Mountain State Park on two sides. PMSP trails can be accessed from here. Right down the road, there is a river access to the Yadkin River and horseback riding trails. Hanging Rock state park and the Dan River are only a few miles away. This cozy home is a great place to nestle in for a weekend away or to use as a base for hiking the areas trails, tubing on the Dan River, or riding the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also visit our local Mayberry like downtowns in King, Pilot Mountain and Mt.Airy. Owner lives in basement apartment and is close by if questions arise.

You will have the entire upper level including an open loft with plenty of games, books, and toys. Nestled on Sauratown Mountain on 10 acres, Sauratown Mountain trails very close by with a view of Pilot Mountain from my very spacious deck. The Rock Retreat

This beautiful log cabin, previously known as Indian Creek Cabin, has been an important part of the Hanging Rock Community for many years. It began as the Hanging Rock Outdoor Center. The property is adjacent to the Indian Creek Trail area. It is within a few miles of the Lower Cascade Falls, Dan River, Moore's Spring bike trails, and of course, Hanging Rock State Park. Adventure awaits with ziplining, kayaking, canoeing, and river tubing excursions within minutes of the front door.

Stony Knoll Vineyards Wine Lodge

A family heritage 1850 log home that was completely renovated in 2007. The front porch overlooks Stony Knoll vineyard grounds and tasting room which is across the street. This wine lodge consists of 1 full bath with a shower and jacuzzi, 1 double bed, 1 king bed and 1 single bed loft. A fully furnished kitchen for all meal prep. A full sized living room with fireplace and TV. Come and enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch or listen to the rain hit the country tin roof.

Whip-O-Will Cabin: Secluded Log Cabin Treehouse

Enjoy a secluded stay in our one of a kind, luxurious log cabin treehouse. The treehouse offers 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the main floor with a rock shower and the loft bedroom with a half bath. The treehouse has a full wrap around porch with jacuzzi tub overlooking a spring branch and fire pit. Enjoy the outdoor shower with a 16” rainfall shower head under the treehouse next to the spring branch. Our gravel road welcomes you to a cozy home in the trees.

Enjoy natural pleasures that accompany this thoughtfully handmade 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with spacious floor plan. Just built log home is wheelchair accessible with porch and deck views of Sauratown and Hanging Rock Mountain. Dogs are welcome and there is NO PET FEE! We have seasonal berries and a well-stocked fishing pond. Visit the state parks then come home to catch a breeze on the porch swing, watch fireflies or roast hotdogs at the fire pit.

This home is a perfect central location between both the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Sauratown Mountains. Only 15 miles from Hanging Rock.
