Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Lakeside Safari-Theme Loft w/HotTub & Party Patio!

Airy loft home is a modern safari-style getaway! Large kitchen/island overlook the sofa, fireplace and 65" Smart TV. Large 1st floor bathroom is by the master, which has adjustable king bed & 50" Smart TV. Upstairs has a queen bed, 55" Smart TV, bathroom/shower and a 3-person bunk bed. Rowing machine and 2-person hot tub on the balcony! With washer/dryer, heat/AC, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, range, cooking tools, soft bedding & towels - come stay at the Luxury Safari House!

Highland Cabin

Relax with the whole family even your pets at this peaceful cabin. Close to Elk City Lake, public hunting property. This cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There is a bunkbed with a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top that is out in a common area. Living room area, dining area. Separate room for the commode and bathroom sink, the shower and washer and dryer are in a different room. If you are here hunting there is a bow range behind the cabin that you are welcome to use. This comfy cabin overlooking Fall River Lake is perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway or an even longer retreat. You can start your morning by watching the sun rise over the lake and listening to the birds! We offer a 15% discount if you book for a week (1 day free) or a 25% discount if you book for a month (1 week free per month). We have Dish Network set up for cable TV and Starlink internet available. Please keep in mind that there are 5 miles of dirt road you will drive on to arrive.

Whispering Opossum Hideaway Elk Falls,Kansas

Home away from home. Secluded ,quite and relaxing get away. Everything you need. Great for hunters, vacation or just to get away. Elk Falls is a small quiet dirt road town. Home of the natural waterfall is about 10ft.high and approximately 100ft. wide. Once the site of water powered Grist mill in 1875.The falls are easily viewed from the 1893 Iron Truss bridge or hike down to the water. It's a great place for picnics,swimming,fishing and bird watching. Or just relaxing to sounds of water.

If you're driving a big rig, there is plenty of room to drive through without having to back up! We also have RV plug if you just want a spot to stop for the night and plug in! The heating and air is a 'mini split' (like the motel units)....
