Cozy 1 bedroom with living room and Kitchenette.

This cozy 1 bedroom with queen bed and an additional single bed in the living room space for an extra guest allowing 3 in total. Whereas there is not a full kitchen we offer a refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and a space to prepare food/meals. In the living room area there is a TV and office desk. When booking please list guests that will be staying as well. Thank you and let me know if you have any question. There is no dishwasher or stove. I’m happy to wash any dishes.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
