Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind reich an Details und liebevoll mit Gegenständen aus vergangenen Zeiten eingerichtet, als am Hof noch der Bergbauernalltag herrschte. Die harte Arbeit darf man hier heute vergessen und stattdessen die Natur, den Wald und die Aussicht genießen. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man zu Wanderungen und Radtouren aufbrechen, oder nach einer kurzen Autofahrt Sterzing genießen.

Das Haus wurde von uns mit ortstypischen Materialien liebevoll umgebaut und renoviert. Wir vermieten es an Gruppen und Familien oder nutzen es selbst als Ferienhaus. Es liegt idyllisch auf 1430m inmitten von Wiesen und landwirtschaftlichen Flächen und ist umgeben von der atemberaubenden Kulisse der 3000er des Alpenhauptkammes. Zum Dorf St. Jakob mit Gasthöfen und Kaufladen sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist auch im Winter auf dem regelmäßig geräumten Fahrweg sehr gut zu erreichen.
