Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe eines kleinen Naturbadesees, eines Klettergartens, inmitten der Natur und doch nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt von den Städten Bruneck und Brixen..... Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren, Nordic-Walking-Touren, Wanderungen..... Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick und der Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

Apartman "Ansitz Baumannhof 1818" smješten je u povijesnoj zgradi u Pfalzenu i idealan je za opuštajući boravak s pogledom na Dolomite. Rezidencija se nalazi na mirnoj, sunčanoj terasi na srednjoj nadmorskoj visini. Smještaj od 95 m² sastoji se od dnevnog boravka s kaučem na razvlačenje za 2 osobe, dobro opremljene kuhinje, 2 spavaće sobe i 2 kupaonice te može primiti do 6 gostiju. Dostupni su brzi Wi-Fi (pogodan za video pozive), radni kutak za home office i perilica posuđa.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Neu errichtete, sehr ruhig gelegene Parterrewohnung am Dorfrand von Kiens. Das Dorf befindet sich ca. 12 km von den Aufstiegsanlagen des Kronplatzes und ca. 10 km von der Stadt Bruneck entfernt . Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Unsere Wohnung "Mitterhaus" ist neu erbaut und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Ein Lieblingsplatz ist die Sonnenterrasse mit der Liegewiese. Ideal für Familien oder Freunde.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Das Apartment ist ideal für Paare, für Familien und für Geschäftsreisende. Es umfasst neben einem Schlafzimmer, ein separates Bad, einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine Panorama-Terrasse.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
