Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Du hast einen private Sauna im ehemaligen Späneturm, einen eigenen Garten und eine warme Außenbadewanne auf der Terrasse, sowie Grill, Feuerschale und im Wohnraum einen Kamin, in dem Du auch kochen kannst.
