3 bed 2 bath home, sleeps 8. We provide muffins, fruit and O.J. for a small breakfast. After 2 people; $25 per extra person per night. Full kitchen and living room. Master: king bed, attached bathroom with tub and shower. Small bedroom #1: queen bed. Small bedroom #2: queen bed. There is a second full bathroom in hallway across from the small bedrooms. There is a sofa with queen sized fold out bed in back "office" space. T.V. is streaming only. Any problems, the owners live across the street!

The house is located on a 300+ acre working ranch, with access to the Pedernales River. The bedrooms have a queen size bed with luxury linens and a bathroom with a champagne bubble tub and walk-in shower. Our house is a newly renovated 1940's craftsman located in the hill country of Texas. In historic Johnson City, Texas it is just one block from restaurants, shopping, wineries, & art galleries. This luxurious modern farmhouse is located in the hometown of President, Lyndon B Johnson. I look forward to making your stay a memorable one. I only live a few miles down the road towards the Pedernales Falls State Park (also something fun to do), so I will be handy if needed for any reason.
