Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Stauss House is close to local attractions and nightlife, but far enough away to be cozy. With town squares, bike trails, parks and plenty of restaurants nearby, there is something for everyone to enjoy. But should family night in be the plan, our spacious kitchen and living area make for a great experience. Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Back 40 Bike-in Bike-out Golf Hike Trails King Bed

The Back 40, Mulligan, Rago, and Blowing Springs Greenway intersect in the backyard of this cozy townhouse. It is tucked behind the #2 tee of Brittany Golf Course. This spot is perfect for mountain bikers, golfers, a girls' getaway, a Razorback game (stadium is 35 minutes away), or a relaxing weekend away. This is where memories are made.
