Banks Valley Guest Ranch - 1 Bed/1Ba Guest house

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.

Sage Cottage is located in the beautiful Pottawatomie County in our own Oaklore Forest. The cottage sleeps two on our queen size bed, Has a mini-kitchen and 3-piece bathroom with stand-up shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. Longmire, situated between Pauls Valley and Stratford, features 15 miles of shoreline and over 900 surface area. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, watching wildlife or just spending a quiet weekend away this is the place for you. We want you to unplug and enjoy life, we do not have WiFi. We do have an antenna for the tv.

The cabin is fully furnished and steps from picnicking, swimming, and the Falls. *Important Turner Falls Rules:* * Tickets required for all guests daily, including check-in/check-out days. * No re-entry after 10pm. * No pets. * Respond to all host messages.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Go fishing in our 10 acre lake, or just explore the 30 acres we have available to you. Beautiful sunsets. There is a barn for horse lovers (vaccination records will need to be provided) if you would like to bring them as well. We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.
