The spacious, modern, stylish but cosy unit is centrally located in the heart of beautiful coastal Iluka. Perfect for a short- or longer-term stay. A short walk from almost everything. Ideal for singles or couples. The flat is attached to our main home but very private. If we are home, unless we can help with local information, you can be absolutely assured your privacy will be respected.

Enjoy breathtaking views over lake Wooloweyah, catching all the breezes and stunning sunsets. Unwind with a book by the lake, relax with a glass of wine by the fire, check out the beach for a morning surf, catch a fish in front of the house. Private side access with plenty of parking leads to your own private yard and deck. Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.
