The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed Grade 2 listed two bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, known for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance, unrestricted parking, and a on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Once the local Apothecary, the small but perfectly formed space is built with local limestone (making it cool in summer and cosy in winter) and the character shines throughout, offering comfort and style on your holiday!

There are two bathrooms for convenience, and a well equipped kitchen to accommodate you.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

The Garden Retreat Brixham

GARDEN RETREAT The Garden Retreat has an open-plan lounge and diner kitchen opening out onto the garden. A separate bedroom also has access to the garden. The bedroom benefits from an en-suite and the third bed is a fold down in the lounge. Built on steps that take you into the harbor. The garden retreat has a private, sunny and secluded walled garden complete with outdoor fixtures and a new barbecue.With sea view glimpses and off-street private parking.

Spacious Four Bedroom House, 3 min walk to beach

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spacious four bedroom house. Three minute level walk to Paignton Beach and a five minute level walk to the town centre which is home to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and amenities. Close enough to walk everywhere but with two allocated off road parking spaces for excursions further afield. I have selected a number of local attractions and their distances below.

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.
