The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

There is a large fenced private yard with a fire pit, hot tub shed, outdoor shower, bunk room with plenty of toys and games to keep the kids busy. 3 miles north of Pacific City in peaceful and beautiful Tierra Del Mar. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 1 office work space with a pull out queen sofa; and there is space for a boat or camper.

Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!
