This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Coho Cottage

The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

Casa Del Mar

Casa Del Mar is a quaint oceanfront home in the quiet community of Tierra Del Mar. Featuring floor to ceiling windows this Oregon Coast home was made to showcase the beautiful views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The stylish and cozy A-frame features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. Enjoy the memorizing beauty surrounding this home from the ocean-front balcony or have a bonfire on the newly renovated patio.

Historic Riverfront Cabin w/Hot Tub

This delightful, cozy cabin with HOT TUB is the perfect getaway for 2. With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.

Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.
