Cob Cottage

Channel the pursuit of pause in this one-of-a-kind earth house. The cozy retreat was hand-sculpted using local and sustainable natural materials, and features a central living space with cantilevered slab stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage and surrounding property. We live in the neighbouring house, and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The neighborhood is quite rural and mostly agricultural with several farms and a small private vineyard. The home is a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from a family grocery and deli specializing in local organic produce. Mayne Island has a small community bus. Times and routes are limited, particularly in the winter. It will stop at the driveway. We also have an official hitch hiking system with signed Car Stops where you can wait for a ride. Usually you don't have to wait long. We are happy to offer pickup and drop off at the ferry dock as a courtesy to encourage car-free travellers, on days when the community bus is not running. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll be coming without your own transportation, and we will make sure that either we or the community bus (which will drop you off at our driveway) are there to meet you when your ferry arrives. The BC Ferries terminals near Victoria and Vancouver are easily reachable via public transit from their respective airports and downtowns.

Surrounded by the richness of nature's bounty, you will feel inspired in every sense to taste and sip your way through our beautiful Pender Island. You don't have to picture this anymore...you can experience this from the Little House on Pender.

Salt Spring Gite

Our "gite" is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage in the most beautiful part of Salt Spring, the south eastern tip, near Ruckle Park. From our cottage, you can walk to this historic working farm and park, explore its forested trails, and then head to the many beach areas a short distance away. Visit farm stands and take the Studio Tour. Take a dip in one of many lakes. Climb Maxwell Mountain or stroll through the Saturday Market and other unique shops. Salt Spring is a true one of a kind.

The Owls Perch Treehouse ~Luxury Treetop Retreat~

Forest Haven BNB: Private suite and hot tub

Our home is surrounded by tranquil forest. Sit on the private patio or enjoy the hot tub, while basking in the serenity of the surroundings. We have a sweet little playhouse in the side yard for your children to enjoy. We are close to many forest walks, the free disc golf course, (we have discs in the suite for your use), and many ocean access points a few minutes drive away. There is a park and playground at Shingle Bay, a few minutes drive away. Pets welcome by request only.

Poldi's Pastures: 2 bedroom suite

2-bedroom upstairs suite on a sunny acreage on beautiful Pender Island, just 5 minutes from the ferry (or a 30-minute walk). Quiet and peaceful, with owners living downstairs. The shared rural property is designed for rest and retreat - best suited to guests seeking a calm, low-key stay. Close to a large Gulf Island National Park Reserve, for beach & forest adventures. In the summer, a short walk brings you to the community hall for a vibrant market with fresh produce and local artisans.

Cute & Cozy Red Cottage

Relaxing and Cozy cottage on north Pender Island perfectly situated with a small view of the ocean and just a short walk to Magic Lake. This fully renovated cottage includes everything you need for a quiet getaway. Perfect for a couple or small family, there's a 1/2 acre of privacy to enjoy. Grocery, pubs, beaches and the Saturday farmers market are just a short drive away. There are plenty of deer, and a nature trail through the woods out back. Note: max 2 adults and 2 children

Raven’s Nest

An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

Hanna's Hideaway on Pender Island

Located on beautiful South Pender! A new 760sf cottage, custom built with all amenities catered for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vaulted ceilings, 3 skylights, K Size bed, gas fireplace, streaming services, fully stocked kitchen and stunning décor. Explore the island and return to a quiet space surrounded by trees and an ocean view. Watch hummingbirds and resident fawns feed as you enjoy the 300 sf expansive deck facing the private ½ acre yard. Sorry, we don't host children.

Get away from it all during these times! Breathe the fresh sea air as you are surrounded by sea and Arbutus trees on a point. If you're lucky, whales will swim right by while you're on the deck or the lookout. Clean. Four bedrooms; three bathrooms; a large living room; a study and more! Absorb nature. The Salty Goose is the perfect place to unwind with your loved one. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the balcony of our private cottage getaway. The beach and government dock are also located right across the street. Relax as you enjoy all nature has to offer; seal, deer, eagle and raven are all common sightings here. Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!
