Velkommen til et ekte tømmerhus, som er bygget etter mange hundre år gamle byggeskikker i Norge. Huset har moderne fasiliteter på en flate. Du får deilig sengetøy, masse puter og mange myke håndklær. Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Bergen ligger kun 25 minutter unna. Det er 5 senger i huset og to madrasser En opplevelse!

Rorbu på vestsiden av Bømlo med kort avstand til de over tusen holmer og skjær. Vestvent på solrik tomt ved sjøkanten. Høy standard, kjøkken i begge etasjer, to soverom og åpen hems med dobbelseng. Kort avstand til fine naturopplevelser samt kultur. 6 min kjøretur til sentrum. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Enkelt fiskeutstyr og gassgrill er tilgjengelig. Mulighet for leie av båt (Hansvik 16 fot med 2022 mod. 9,9 hk Suzuki påhengsmotor) og 2 kajakker. Utleie må avklares på forhånd.

KG14-16 is a stunning historic penthouse property in the absolute hearth of Bergen City, overlooking the beautiful "Lille Lungegaardsvann". The flat is fully equipped with two main bedrooms w. double-beds, an additional double-bed in the large open-attic / loft over the living-area, as well as a separate bed in the second open-attic / loft. The flat is ideal for upto 6-7 guests. The flat is fully renovated and very stylish furnished! Probably one of the very best locations in the city!

Spacious, magical, nature inspired house located 13 minutes by bus to the city center of Bergen, and Bryggen. Just 7 min by car. From the house is a magnificent view of two of the most beautiful mountains surrounding the city of Bergen. The view extends over two lakes. The lakes have paths, cozy beaches, docks and grill areas. Take out our canoe or try your luck fishing! Designed by a famous local architect with a focus on bringing the wild Norwegian nature back into our modern lives.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

På terrassen kan man nyte solen og det er utsikt mot skog og vann. Her kan du nyte en rolig natts søvn med skogen som nærmeste nabo. Huset er bygd i massivt tre som gir en lun atmosfære. Det er et åpent rom med bad og hems/soverom. Huset er del av et tun med skjermet uteplass.
