Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
