OIB Lovin’ Life – Catch rays from the beautiful open deck upstairs or enjoy shady, relaxing days on the ocean-facing covered deck. Our home is steps from the beach. Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.

East End Cottage w/ Pool across street from Beach

Welcome to the East End Cottage! Here you will enjoy a family friendly home, super close to the beach, and a PRIVATE pool to relax with family and/or friends. Pool is able to be heated in the spring and fall for a daily fee. Fabulous 2nd row location with ocean views and directly across from the beach access. Once inside you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the beach; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and a Bluetooth speaker are included with your stay!

The Alma House is a lovely 4br/3ba Beachfront cottage that was home to the founders of OIB, Odell and Virginia "Alma" Williamson. Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway. Amenities include a spacious fenced in yard, private beach access, outdoor patio and covered gazebo. Boasts ample parking and open entertainment areas as well.
