When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The Activity Center across from the condo has a great pool with an attached restaurant. Guest have access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. We are 10 minutes from Calabash which has some great restaurants and 20 Minutes form North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities. .

Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
