Have a beer overlooking the bay from Pelican Brewery, only a block away. Relax around the fire-pit after a day of adventures roasting marshmallows. And you are just a short drive to many local attractions!

Cozy, functional, convenient space to recharge and regroup on your journey! This is a SMALL unit attached to our garage - humble, but includes all the necessities. Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. Enjoy the inviting outdoor relaxation space on property, or head over to the beach which is only 3 minutes away by car. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it.
