Welcome to Grant Park Haven, your home away from home. Located in the beautiful Grant Park/Hollywood neighborhood of NE Portland, it offers easy access to downtown, public transportation, restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment, parks, a swimming pool, grocery stores, and the freeways. The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. Inside stairs are steep! ~650 sq. ft. total. This is a *nice* neighborhood, and we prioritize cleanliness, privacy, and amenities. Dogs & kids are welcome, and so is quiet.

Our studio, which is connected to our main house (still very private), steps through french doors out to a patio with barbeque and hot tub. It includes a mini fridge, Keurig with compostable cups, and microwave. We are walking distance to great restaurants, Trader Joe's, vintage, coffee shops, pubs, Laurelhurst Park, and 24 hour fitness. Catch the farmer's market on Saturday mornings!

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
