It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Owned by artist and gallery owner, this studio has huge 5m high raked ceilings, large light-filled luxurious bathroom w/ deep bath, quality furniture and art collection. Completely private and secure w/ own lane entrance, council approved and registered.

Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
