The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. They seem to have plays and various events happening three or four times a month. People say it's some of the best local theater in the State
