That listing has a private courtyard and does not share the back patio or backyard of this listing, however guests may be seen walking from the driveway to the guesthouse.

The interior is designed and furnished with sophisticated colors, textures and style while the exterior sports a 3-hole putting green. A small 1100 sq foot bungalow built in 1937 with some modern updates. Our cozy home is within walking distance to Campus Corner, Memorial Stadium and quick access to Downtown Norman. We are minutes away from the University and it’s safe to walk around. If you choose to stay at home we have provided plenty of seating area to enjoy your visit with family or friends.
