Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Luxury Villa Accommodation for couples

Luxuriously appointed throughout, SHAC du LAC offers self contained accommodation with two Queen-sized bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and a luxury bathroom, heated kitchen floor (winter), rev. cycle heating/cooling, leather sofa & flat-screen TV/DVD player. This quiet fishing village is home to the Newhaven Marina, small shopping precinct, public jetties with boat ramps and is an easy five minutes' stroll across the bridge into San Remo with its boutique shops, hotels, cafes & restaurants.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

We are just 2 minutes walk from the local restaurants, cafes and local supermarket. And it's only 15 minute drive to Cowes. Bike track will take you to Newhaven and San Remo.

Yokkaso is a self contained stand alone studio at the front of the properties main residence. The accommodation is brand new with beautiful hand crafted furniture and modern amenities. Enjoy light breakfast foods including muesli and spreads. Parking is on site at the front of your own private entrance. Short walk to the Colonnades beach which boasts beautiful sunsets and a place to reconnect. Yokkaso is within walking distance to the local tavern, restaurants and a grocery store.

Piamaria at Cape Woolamai

Superbly located within easy walking distance to beautiful calm swimming beaches, coffee shops, restaurant, minimart & takeaways. A very short drive to surf beaches & main attractions. 15 minute drive to Cowes, Penguin Parade, Nature Parks & other attractions. Avoid traffic over busy periods by bringing your bike! There is a sealed bike track on your doorstep! Enjoy a short bike ride (or 5 min drive!) to Churchill Island, The Chocolate Factory, Newhaven, San Remo & surrounds.

This colourful cool Cape Woolamai beach house set in a very private large luscious garden is between a surf beach 2 min drive to the left and a safe swimming beach 2 mins walking to the right. Retro 60's feel, original artwork and furniture. Ideal for couples or small families. All linen provided. Dog beach meters away. Monitored for CO2, smoke, temp and decibels. Security Cam in driveway.

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
