Mateo 39A at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bath, and a laundry room. One of the two master bedrooms is located in the third-story loft, with a private deck and full bath with soaking tub. The second master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a full bath.
